PRICING:

Basic K1 plan: $495.00

This is the plan that many of our clients take advantage of:

• We will set up an online space for you and work with you to assemble all the needed documents for the USCIS submission.
• Assemble, review and send the completed I-129F, G-325A and G-28 forms to you for your signature.
• After your approval we will send the completed application to the correct USCIS facility
• We will monitor the petition and provide you an online site for you to check its status.
• We will be available during this time for any questions or concerns you may have regarding your submission.
• We will inform you of the 'next steps' after your petition is approved.
• You and your fiancee will be responsible for the embassy portion of the K1 visa process. You will need to assemble the documents and prepare for the interview on your own.
  • Note: The embassy process is something that many people do on their own. We will not try to upsell you telling you that we have the 'secrets to success" in this area. If you wish, we can also be your partner in this secondary process and help you as we did in your submission of the first petition. Our Premium plan below does just that.

Premium K1 Plan: $795.00

We will provide everything in the Basic Plan plus:

• We will provide an online space to collect all the needed materials from both parties.
• An attorney will guide your through the information requests from the embassy and help you assemble a complete and accurate package.
• We will be here to answer any question you or your fiancé(e) may have.
• We will help your fiancé(e) know what to expect in the interview.
• We will assemble all the information you give us and create all the forms your fiancé(e) will need to take with them to the embassy to finalize their K1 visa.

K3 Plan: $795.00

We will provide:

• We will provide an online space to collect all the needed materials from both parties.
• We will assemble and file your I-130 and I-129F applications.
• We will monitor both applications all the way to their approval.
  
• An attorney will guide your through the information requests from the embassy and help you assemble a complete and accurate package.
• We will be here to answer any question you or your spouse may have.
• We will help your spouse know what to expect in the interview.
• We will assemble all the information you give us and create all the forms your spouse will need to take with them to the embassy to finalize their K3 visa.

Adjustment of Status: $995.00

The only other costs that arise are the filing fee’s that are paid directly to USCIS. Current and former clients are eligible for a discount on the legal fee.

   2. I-131: $ Free (Advanced Parole)
   3. I-765: $ Free (Work Authorization)
   4. I-130: $355.00 (Application for Alien Relative; if needed)

Children:

• We will not charge extra if your fiancé(e) is bringing children over with her on the basic plan. Due the extra time and effort in collecting the materials on the Premium K1 Plan there will be an additional cost for any more then 1 child. (Usually about $100 dollars per child)
  

Other fees

These are fees that are paid directly by the client to the government and are not covered by either of the plans above: (these can change)

• USCIS K1 Petition Fee: $455.00
• USCIS K3 Petition Fee: $355.00
  
• U.S. Embassy Visa Fee: $131.00
• Medical Exam Fee: Usually $100.00
• Other fees are usually present and will be detailed in the correspondence you receive from the embassy.
