Adjustment of Status Services

1.  We will prepare your I-485 Petition for adjustment of status
  1. Our streamlined and cutting edge client petition management system helps cut out costly delays and mistakes for adjustment packages. By utilizing a web-based information gathering system, including real time messaging to the attorney, detailed questionnaires, the ability to scan and upload supporting documents to a client specific page helps speed the creation of your petition and reduce the chance of it being sent back due to an error.
2.  Assemble all needed supporting documents for the I-485 Petition for Adjustment of Status.
  1. Our office will notify you of all the needed documentation for a complete submission. We will advise you what is needed and provide a convenient and timely method to transmit them to us. When all the needed documentation is entered into our system our Attorney will carefully review all materials to ensure a complete submission. Our goal is 100% success for each client the first time.
3.  Assemble the petitions for work permit and advanced parole (If necessary)
  1. At your request our office, as part of our adjustment of status service, will prepare the I-131 application for advanced parole and the I-765 application for work authorization. We will prepare and submit these at the same time as your I-485 application.
4.  Submit the entire package to USCIS
  1. After gathering all the forms and materials from you, we will review all materials thoroughly and submit them to USCIS. We will alert you of any communication we receive and will monitor the petitions progress.
5.  Provide on going support and counsel
  1. After the I-485 submission for your adjustment of status all our clients will have their own private and secure webpage at our firm where they can check on their I-485 status, learn more about the process and send questions or comments to their attorney. We are not a "form mill" as some others firms seem to be. We pride ourselves on our efficient and caring service. We know this process can be stressful and difficult for you and your spouse and we want to be your partner in the process and welcome any feedback you give us.
6.  Costs:
  1. Our firm strives to offer a lower total legal cost without sacrifices quality. Our legal fee for the above is $750.00 flat. The only other costs that arise are the filing fee's that are paid directly to USCIS. Current and former clients are eligible for a discount on the legal fee.

      2. I-131: $170.00 (Advanced Parole)
      3. I-765: $180.00 (Work Authorization)
      4. I-130: $190.00 (Application for Alien Relative; if needed)
